2. Service Description O.V.A. Rideshare provides on-demand and pre-scheduled ride-sharing and private limousine services by connecting passengers ("Users") with drivers ("Drivers") via our app and website.
3. User Accounts

4. Driver Requirements and Responsibilities

- Conduct: Drivers agree to provide a safe, courteous, and lawful experience for Users and to comply with all traffic laws.
- Vehicle Standards: Drivers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and legality of their vehicles.
5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
1. Compliance: Users agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct: Users are expected to act respectfully toward Drivers, refrain from disruptive behavior, and comply with all ride terms.
- Payment Obligation: Users agree to pay all applicable ride fees, including base fares, surcharges, tolls, and any additional charges as specified.
6. Booking, Cancellation, and Fees
1. Booking: Users can request on-demand or scheduled rides through our app or website. Acceptance of a ride request constitutes an agreement to pay the ride fee.
- Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel rides, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and reason for cancellation.
- Payment: Fees will be calculated based on base fare, distance, time, and other variables. Payments will be processed through the payment method on file.
7. Intellectual Property Rights All content, materials, logos, trademarks, and proprietary information on the O.V.A. Rideshare app and website are owned by O.V.A. Rideshare or its affiliates and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Third-Party Content and Services O.V.A. Rideshare may include links or services provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not liable for third-party actions.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, O.V.A. Rideshare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
